How does it work?

MoneyTree Rewards is an app that lets you redeem prizes such as gift cards, discounts and vouchers by earning points through the MoneyTree Rewards Android App (iOS app coming soon).

Our app offers various methods to earn points such as by completing offers, downloading and playing games, answering surveys and even by watching TV (multiple channels are available).

After earning points, you are able to use your points to redeem for our selection of gift cards and vouchers. These rewards includes gift cards from PayPal, Amazon, Play Store, XBox Store and Play Station Network Store.

For most cases, you will receive the reward by email (depending on the chosen reward).

Will I get my reward?

Yes you will.

Rewards generally arrive between 1 to 2 weeks and may be delayed longer depending on stock or volume issues (all reward processing is done manually by our staff).
However, you can be rest assured that you will get your reward, even if it may sometimes arrive a little later than expected.


What is the proper way to start an offer?

Ensure that you started the offer correctly. The proper steps are:

Step 1: Click Offer's "Get Offer" button
Step 2: Download the app when the Play Store page for the app opens
Step 3: Launch the downloaded app
Step 4: Complete the offer's requirements

Attempting to start an offer without following these steps may result in the offer's tracking to not work properly and may cause missing points.

Please also note that this app should only be used on 1 device at a time only. Using MoneyTree Rewards on multiple devices simultaneously may cause you to not receive points.


I completed an offer but did not receive my points?

If you encounter such a situation, please double check the following:
1. Check if you completed the offer's requirements correctly.
For example:
- If an offer requires you to "Download, install and explore", this means that you should ensure that you have downloaded the app, opened it and explored the app for at least 2-5 minutes.
- If an offer requires you to "Complete Level 11", this means that you should finish level 11 and be at level 12 or above.
- If an offer requires you to "Reach Level 20", this means that you should be at level 20 or above.
- If an offer requires you to "Complete your profile / registration", this means that you should complete your personal profile on the app/website.
- If an offer requires you to "Make a purchase", this means that you should make a valid purchase. A trial is most of the time not considered a valid purchase.

2. Ensure that you are not using VPN or Ad-blockers.

3. Ensure that you started the offer correctly. The proper steps are:
Step 1: Click Offer's "Get Offer" button
Step 2: Download the app when the Play Store page for the app opens
Step 3: Launch the app
Step 4: Complete the offer's requirements
Attempting to start an offer without following these steps may result in the offer's tracking to not work properly and may cause missing points.

4. Ensure that you were indeed a "New User".
Most offers require you to be a "New User". If you had installed the app on your current device in the past, even if you have uninstalled it, you are still not considered a "New User". If the offer requires you to be a new user, then you will only receive points if you are truly a new user.

5. Ensure that you did not go to the Play Store to search and download the offer's app yourself. Always use the "Get Offer" button (as stated in point 3 above).

If you have double checked and confirmed to have adhered to the above information, you can submit a "Missing Points Request" via the app.

Step 1: Open MoneyTree Rewards App
Step 2: Go to your Profile Page
Step 3: Click on "Offer History" button (please update your app if you do not see this button)
Step 4: Select the Offer that you did not receive points for
Step 5: Click on "Missing Points"


I redeemed a reward, but I have not received the confirmation email or the reward?

Reward redemption process is a manual process where our admin staff will have to process them one by one. After making a redemption, a confirmation email will be sent to your email. This confirmation email usually takes between 1-5 days to arrive (please check your inbox and junk/spam folders). After confirming your reward, your reward will then be sent out in about 1-2 weeks (from the time of reward redemption).

Subsequent reward redemptions will usually occur much faster.

Note: Our staff working hours are from Monday-Friday only.


I received my reward via Paypal, but it is Pending?

1. Ensure that you mark the payment as "Shipped" and the shipping information as "No Shipment Tracking".
2. If your account is a new Paypal account, or is an account that has not received any payment before, Paypal will typically hold your payment for about 15 days or more. This is their standard process and we are unable to speed it up for you.


How do I delete my account?

There are 3 ways you can delete your account. Please note that once your account is deleted, it cannot be undone, so please be sure when you perform this action!
1. If your account is "unclaimed" (Claiming an account requires you to provide us with your email and creating a password), just by uninstalling the app will result in your unclaimed account be deleted after 1 year of inactivity.
2. If you have claimed your account, you can email our support team and we will delete your account for you. Just send us an email and logout of our app. Your account will be deleted shortly after by our support team.
3. (COMING SOON) We will soon be providing a way for you to delete your account by clicking a "Delete account" button in the app.
